Ramdoun Group provides annual maintenance contract service that includes periodic maintenance work for water desalination plants, bottling plants, sewage treatment systems and gray water treatment. Here are the details of the monthly maintenance work provided by RGT International.
The company carries out repair work for all mechanical works of the stations in order for them to work perfectly.
Monthly visits by the maintenance team on a monthly basis, according to the type of station.
Our company supplies the necessary filters.
Our company supplies all chemicals for the plants.
The company checks the raw water and the resulting water every visit to ensure the water quality and not to increase the salinity.
The company trains a person from the customer on how to operate the station and change the filters if necessary, and it is the means of communication between us in the event of any technical failure in the station.
In the event of any emergency malfunction, the trained person will contact us to set an appointment for him to visit the maintenance team within 24 hours of calling. Except (holidays).
The contract does not include replacing (membranes), which is specific to water desalination and usually needs to be changed according to the amount of water use, and it usually ranges from six months to one or two years depending on the salinity of the water in the artesian well and the amount of use, and the cost of one membrane according to the size and type, and an invoice will be issued for that. In case a change is needed.
The maintenance contract is considered void in the absence of a person from the customer who operates the station after being trained by us for a period of two days.
The maintenance contract is considered null and void in the event that other companies seek help to maintain any malfunction or purchase any spare parts from others.
